Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift won’t be dancing to a DJ when it comes time to tying the knot.

The Kansas City Chiefs tight end, 35, shared a rare look into his wedding planning thoughts on the Wednesday, Sept. 17, episode of his and brother Jason Kelce’s New Heights podcast.

Guest Jimmy Fallon asked Travis about whether he and the “Love Story” singer had started wedding planning in the wake of their recent engagement news.

“Are you gonna do DJ or band? Are you thinking about all this stuff?” the Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon host asked the NFL star.

“Yeah, I think we’re live music kind of people, you know?” Travis shared of himself and his pop star love, also 35.

Mentioning Travis’ karaoke and performing skills, Fallon, 50, asked Jason, 37, if seeing the performer side of his brother has been a surprise.

“I’ve seen these [moves] all growing up. He’s always had this in his bag,” Jason said. “He’s been a man of entertainment since the beginning. So this is not surprising.”

Travis showed off his vocals while singing karaoke with Jason in July at the American Century Championship and wowing the crowd with their cover of Bob Seger’s classic 1978 hit “Old Time Rock & Roll.”

Fans also remember Swift and her groom belting out songs at the U.S. Open together in a public display in September 2024.

Travis and Swift shared the news of their engagement in late August, posting photos from Travis’ rose-covered garden proposal.

“She can tell that story. The palms were definitely sweating,” Travis told pal Erin Andrews for NFL on Fox of the proposal. “I’m an emotional guy, so there were a few tears here and there. But it’s been an exciting ride up to this day, and I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life with her.”

And while they have shared photos and details from their engagement publicly, the couple will keep their nuptials more private, a source previously told PEOPLE.

“It will definitely be a private affair and not a spectacle,” the source said. “They both have a close circle of friends, and they’ll respect their privacy.”

Their engagement was announced in a joint Instagram post on Aug. 26 with the caption, “Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married 🧨.”
