However, a recent fine she received shows the second-year star does not need to be on the court to ruffle the feathers of league chiefs.

Clark caught flak from the league after taking aim at the refs in a social media comment.

In the Fever’s first-round playoff win over the Atlanta Dream, Clark watched on from the sidelines.

And after taking issue with the performance of the officials, the 23-year-old wrote on social media: “Refs couldn’t stop us.”

But she then revealed she had been fined $200 for her transgression.

She said in a follow up post on Sunday: “Got fined $200 for this lol.”

Clark added: “BENCH MOB WILL BE EVEN MORE ROWDY TOMORROW LETS GOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

The Guard’s punishment was met by laughter from team-mate Sophie Cunningham.

She said: “That’s really gonna break the bank for her. Starting a GoFundMe now.”

Clark and Cunningham were in a jubilant mood as they watch Fever win the franchise’s first play-off game since 2015.

That sparked bedlam as the Fever celebrated in wild scenes.

Clark and Cunningham both entered the court to join their team-mates.

They shared an embrace and beamed from ear to ear, while also exchanign high fives with their team-mates.

Clark also raised both fists in the air in delight.

The Fever open their second round playoff series against the Las Vegas Aces today.
