Keeping up with Kourtney Kardashian Barker’s style lately? Well, her latest look will have you clutching your pearls.

The reality star and Poosh founder, 46, isn’t one to play it safe with her style, and her most recent outfit of the day is taking on new levels of sexy (hint: it involves an NSFW accessory).

On Tuesday, Aug. 19, Kourtney shared a photo of herself wearing a sheer lingerie-like babydoll top trimmed with lace and topped off with what appeared to be nipple studs attached to a chain.

Keeping to the edgy theme, the mom of four styled the suggestive top half of her look with satiny trousers. Her hair was styled in voluminous waves parted to the side.

The lifestyle mogul has been balancing motherhood while also staying true to her style. She and ex Scott Disick are parents to son Mason, 15; daughter Penelope, 12; and son Reign, 10. Kourtney and her husband Travis Barker welcomed their son, Rocky Thirteen, in November 2023.

While her sisters Kim, Khloé, Kylie and Kendall and their mom Kris Jenner, were in Venice celebrating Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez Bezos’ wedding in June, Kourtney stayed home, where she pulled off her own fashion shoot. (In case you missed it, the Kardashian-Jenners also commanded Italy in quite the parade of high-fashion outfits as they commemorated the Amazon founder’s marriage with Sanchéz Bezos.)

In an Instagram post shared on June 29, Kourtney posed in a floor-length black satin dress with sheer lace panels running down the sides. She teamed the sultry piece with a black leather jacket and coordinating sneakers.

Still, her focus these days is prioritizing her kids, her life at home — and surprisingly shutting down some rumors.

While sharing content of her family on social media, Kardashian has repeatedly shut down speculations that she’s expecting her fifth child. On Aug. 9, she responded to an Instagram comment theorizing another pregnancy, although she quickly put that gossip to rest while revealing her actual plans. “Eating pancakes and jumping off cliffs,” she wrote.
