The Chicago Sky star is making history as the first athlete to walk in a Victoria’s Secret fashion show.

Ever since her introduction to the WNBA, Angel Reese has been a fahion icon.
Now, she is taking it a step forward by hitting the catwalk with Victoria’s Secret.
“Two-Time WNBA All-Star, Angel Reese will walk in the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show this year, making history as the first ever professional athlete model to walk fashion and entertainment’s most iconic runway!” Victoria’s Secret said on its website.
“Angel Reese attended the legendary return of the show last year, and this year, Victoria’s Secret is thrilled to welcome her back as one of the angels on the runway.
“The 2025 VS Fashion Show will mark Angel Reese’s first appearance as the newest Victoria’s Secret Angel, kicking off her global partnership with the brand and setting the stage for much more to come featuring the trailblazing athlete and model.”
As part of the announcement, Reese stunned in Victoria’s Secret lingerie.
She wore a sizzling set adorned in black lace, and posed with angel wings behind her.
Reese also sported a robe adorned in the iconic pink Victoria’s Secret stripes.
She spoke to PEOPLE about her partnership with the brand and her modeling gig.
“I literally could not stop smiling!” Reese told PEOPLE.
“It’s such a surreal and full-circle moment — just last year I was in the audience manifesting being on that runway, completely inspired and in awe of all the powerful women walking down the runway, and now I get to return as an Angel.
“This will be an unforgettable night that I’ll forever be grateful for.
“I hope I can inspire women and girls everywhere and remind them that we can dominate in our field but also chase our goals outside of it — and for me, that’s getting to walk down fashion and entertainment’s most iconic runway.”
The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show returned in 2024 for the first time in six years.
This year’s edition will air live on October 15.
