Sydney was crowned Miss Indiana on April 5 and is representing the state in Reno, Nevada.
The 24-year-old has gone viral thanks to an ode to Indiana Fever star Clark during Day 3.
WNBA trailblazer Clark was the No. 1 overall pick in the 2024 Draft.
Her on-court skills have been credited with taking women’s basketball to the next level.
Shrewsbury’s outfit saw her rep a black glittered bandeau with Clark’s No. 22 on the front, in the Fever’s iconic red, blue and gold.
She carried a golden basketball and sported a glittery black cape to complete the look.
“Reppin Ms. Clark & the Hoosier state with pride!!” Sydney wrote on Instagram.
“Love the Caitlin Clark support!” wrote one fan in response.
“Got my vote,” said another.
“Syd you look AMAZING,” added a third.
“Indiana proudly claims several basketball legends including Caitlin Clark, Larry Bird, Reggie Miller, and Tyrese Halliburton,” Shrewsbury told Fox.
“From the free throw line to the Miss USA stage, Indiana doesn’t just play the game – it defines it.”
Clark, 23, suffered an injury hit sophomore season with the Fever.
She played just 13 regular season games this campaign due to the issues.
The Fever fell just short of reaching the WNBA Finals after a brave run in the postseason.

And Clark is putting her recovery first as she begins the road back to action.
“I’ll probably take a little bit of a break here just for maybe a week,” she said earlier this month.
“I don’t really want to lose kind of the stuff I’ve worked on and just trying to get my body back to full health.
“There’s some USA Basketball stuff I need to get ready for.
“And I need to be able to find some runs and some ways to play five-on-five just so I can kind of get that feel back.”
